 | STEVE IN THE MORNING - 5AM TO 9AM “Steve In the Morning” has wanted to be on the radio since he was in the 3rd grade. He has always been a ham and incredibly oppinionated. When standing in front of a crowd or in the studio, he’s always been at home entertaining an audience. Steve loves his family and kids, which include 3 daughters and 1 son, “they are my life.” Also included in the family is his German Sheppard dog. Steve loves every genre’s of music, from Classical to Country, to Christian to Rock, and everything in between. Steve says “I know no strangers and can pretty much talk to anyone.” He loves a good margarita and Mexican food has to be his favorite. One day Steve hopes to win the lottery and take the winnings to Las Vegas to double it. His hobbies include Bull Riding, or perhaps we should say watching Bull Riding and also understanding politics. “Politics run deep in my family blood-line.” Steve is related to former New Mexico Governor Bruce King and also current New Mexico Attorney General Gary King. Steve is a big fan of board games including chess and cannot be beaten in a game of Scrabble. If you think you can beat him, play a round of Words With Friends, on your iPhone, Android App, or even on Facebook; his user-name is “radiodjsteve.” Steve loves playing WII golf with my daughters and also refers to himself as “home-grown” because he was born and raised right here in Southeastern New Mexico. Favorite quote: "Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.” - Albert Einstein | | Steve Cassidy 9a - 2p Steve has been on the radio in Denver for over 20 years.
