Entry deadline 7:00pm Wednesday, July 28th.
Contest is Friday, July 30, 2010 7:00pm at the Eddy County Fair in Artesia.
Contestants must reside within Eddy, Chaves, Lea, Lincoln or Otero counties of New Mexico.
